茶树品种金萱在广东茶区的生产适应性及茶类适制性研究

【摘要】普及率仅占43%,严重制约着我省茶叶的生产发展。为适应茶叶市场需求的变化,加快我省茶业经济的发展,首先应着手茶树品种的改良以及茶树品种结构的调整,从根本上改变茶叶结构的布局,提高茶叶的整体品质水平和经济效益。由于茶树生长周期长,选育出新的茶树品种需要一个漫长的过程,要迅速提高全省的茶树良种普及率,茶树引种不愧是一条最直接、最有效的途径。茶树品种金萱原产台湾,属无性系,灌木型中叶类,中早生品种。该品种在原产地表现为芽叶生长势强,发芽整齐,抗逆性强,单产高,采摘期长,适制包种茶和乌龙茶。其生长特性和茶类正符合广东茶业的发展趋势,若能在广东保持它的优良生长特性,并可以生产出顺应广东茶叶发展方向的优质乌龙茶和绿茶,必能在全省大面积推广应用,势必为广东茶业经济效益的提高起到重大的促进作用,同时为山区农民脱贫致富起到巨......

【外文摘要】Guangdong is one of the main tea producing provinces in China. And it s famous for green tea, black tea and Oolong tea. Yunnan-Big-Leaf Tea is the main tea variety in Guangdong province where tea trees plant mussily. These tea trees are senile and degenerative through several decades extensive cultivation.
