【摘要】叶与客家茶文化成果。过去,学术界对客家文化有了一定的研究,但是,关于客家茶文化及其茶叶品质的研究甚为少见,而且很不系统;关于把客家茶文化与客家茶品质及其产业发展联系起来的研究,至今未见报道。 本文采用实地考察、文献挖掘和科学取样分析等研究方法,对广东客家地区的茶文化和茶叶品质特征开展了系统的研究,在此基础上,分析二者之间的关系,探讨如何通过弘扬客家茶文化的精萃,提高客家茶叶品质和市场竞争力的途径和策略,以期为促进客家茶产业的发展,抛砖引玉。研究的主要结果有: 1、首次比较系统地揭示了客家茶文化的基本内涵。研究内容包括客家茶叶的历史与种类,客家茶山、茶寺、茶亭,客家茶具、茶礼与饮茶习俗,客家茶叶诗歌、对联、采茶剧等; 2、研究认为,客家茶文化是中原主流文化在客家山区“本......

【外文摘要】The Hakkas in Guangdong are a unique ethnic group originally from central of China and Yellow river areas. During the last hundreds years or so (from Jin dynasty), Hakka people migrated three times successively into Guangdong, Fujian and Jiangxi province.
