【摘要】身单元式的形态似乎随机性地矗立两岸。其形态有圆形,有方形,还有五凤楼那般的等级森严的合院型,该村落集中涵括了福建土楼客家文化的特征。基于以上主要因素,该村被命名为“洪坑民俗文化村”,当然,它还包括其拥有的各种民俗文化遗产。借世遗物质文化遗产的东风,该村进行合理的整治与适宜的旅游开发。在尊重原有的自然文脉的基础上,合理地进行全景规划；在模仿原有土楼形态的基础上,进行创造性的建造活动,或是新建或是保护性修复与改造。游客服务中心及其配套建筑的设计是本论文论述的主要线索,而其所遵循的土楼文化是根本所在。在全面研究土楼平面、剖面及立面的基础上,进行适当的解释与说明游客服务中心及其配套设计的设计理念。本设计在风格上进行模仿的同时,也以开放的态度借用现代建筑技术进行合理化的创新,是为一种地域性建筑设计之路的探索,使得传统民居场所在现代公共建筑中得以可能再生。...

【外文摘要】The culture of Tulou is a typical traditional Chinese residential culture, and produced by the pre-industrial agricultural civilization. The shap of Tulou is a rare giant traditional residential living together clan, in circulation water, on hillside, forming a unique regional culture context.Tulou of Hongkeng Village is the Tulou cultural representative of the community to organic scattered in western Fujian hilly areas. The Hongchuan Creek flow through both sides Bijia and Daping Hill, the Tulou modular shap stands the two sides seemingly at random. Its shape round and square shap, or courtyard Wufeng Lou as the hierarchical type, the village is concentrated encompasses the characteristics of Tulou culture of Fujian. Based on the above factors, the village was named "Hongkeng Folk Culture Village", of course, it also includes its own variety of folk cultural heritage.Reasonable plan and appropriate tourism will be processed by the World Cultural Heritage. On the basis of respect for the original context of the natural,it sure that this plan is reasonable. In imitation of the original Tulou shap,as the basis for creative construction activities, or new or protective restoration and transformation. The design of the visitor center and its ancillary buildings will be written in this paper as main body, but they follow Tulou culture in fundamental.After study to the plane, section and elevation picture of Tulou, the design concept of the visitor center will be explained and depicted properly. The design style is to imitate Tulou shap, at the same time,to borrow a modern building technology innovation and rationalization with an open mind.
