【摘要】有保存完好,且数量众多的传统围屋聚落,同时境内也共存着广府围屋与粤东围龙屋两大围屋类型。但随着2011年广河高速龙门段的开通,永汉镇的城乡一体化进程即将到来,如何让永汉镇在珠三角及深莞惠经济圈中发挥自己最大的潜能,如何让永汉镇在城乡一体化下保留自身的文化特色,如何让永汉镇传统围屋聚落在区域发展中得到再生,成为了我们急需解决的问题。本文通过对永汉镇传统围屋聚落的田野调查,对其发展历程、内涵及现状进行分析,并总结永汉镇在深莞惠经济圈城乡一体化发展下的影响因素,进而提出适宜于城乡一体化下的永汉镇传统围屋聚落再生方案和建议,试图揭示一条适合珠三角农村实情的传统围屋聚落再生途径,并为以后其他的实践提供参考。...

【外文摘要】The traditional enclosed settlements which are widely distributed in the Pearl River Delta include the traditional areas of social, architectural, ecological, economic and other aspects of the content. But with the wave of urban-rural integration, group after group of the traditional enclosed settlements were submerged in the modern urban construction. While losing their own characteristics, rural areas are always the same "new rural landscape".Yonghan Town is on the eastern mountain of Guangdong Province which is the interchange of Cantonese and Hakka people department. Because of the impact of geographic factor, there are a large number of preserved traditional enclosed settlements including Cantonese circular houses and Hakka Wai Long estates. But with the opening of high-speed road in Longmen in 2011, the urban-rural integration process of Yonghan Town speeds up. So how to make Yonghan play to their maximum potential in economic circle of Pearl River Delta, how to make them keep their culture in regional development and how to make enclosed settlements regenerate in urban-rural integration process are all the problems we should resolve first.Based on the fieldwork of traditional enclosed Settlements in Yonghan, analysis their history, content and status, summarizes the factors of Yonghan’s future in process of the urban-rural integration, and then proposed regeneration plans and suggestions of the traditional enclosed settlements, try to reveal a way of the regeneration of traditional enclosed settlements in the modernization process of the Pearl River Delta, and reference for other practices....
