【摘要】同受到威胁，地域特征也趋于丧失。在这一时代背景下，客家土楼更显弥足珍贵，积极传承、发扬土楼地域文化愈显迫切。 在社会现代化发展进程中，福建客家土楼村落与中国大部分的乡村一样面临着空巢化的危机，这一危机带来了一系列错综复杂的问题，使得此时土楼正走在它的命运转折点上。当前，我们需要思索的是，传统土楼建筑形式和传统居住生活方式如何在现代化的社会里得到很好延续，这也是现今保护土楼建筑遗产所面临的最大挑战。 本文以中国传统民居建筑——闽西永定客家圆土楼为研究对象，考察和分析土楼建筑的空间特征、土楼聚居的生活方式以及土楼文化，解析土楼建筑存在的问题，并以保护建筑实体本身和传承客家传统文化为初衷，从空间与交往关系的角度出发，对土楼建筑空间进行改造设计，探寻一条科学有效的传统建筑保护方式，谋求传统民居在现代社会需求下的延续与创新。...

【外文摘要】Hakka Earth Buildings which located in Fujian Province are the representation of the traditional Hakka culture, which concentrate the effort and wisdom of the Hakka people. It is deeply expresses the Hakka's unique pursuit for the aesthetics, and also has the complicated cultural connotation. In the 21st century, with the top speed development for the technology and economy and the continually growing culture innovation, It still express the culture symbols of the peace, steady, honesty and stability by itself. Nevertheless, the international style buildings are appears all over the world under the globalization wave, which causes the threaten of the identity of the nation culture as well as the loss of the regional characteristics. In this background, Hakka Earth Buildings become more preciously. It is urgently for us to inheriting and developing their regional culture. In the developing process of modernized society, as the same as most Chinese villages. The Hakka earth building villages are facing the Empty Nest crisis. This crisis brought a series of complicated issues, making them on their turning point of destiny. At present, what we need to think about is that how could the traditional forms of Earth buildings and the traditional living lifestyle be sustainable in the modern society. It is also the biggest challenge for us to protecting the heritage of them. As the study for the Traditional Folk Houses of China—— Hakka Earth Round Buildings in Yongding County of Fujian Province, this article inspect and analysis the spatial features, the lifestyle of living closely together with other people and the culture of the buildings, and explain the problems of them. Meanwhile, on the original intention of protecting the buildings and inheriting Hakka's traditional culture, it is redesign the space of the earth buildings from the perspective of the space and the communication relationship. On the whole, this article explores a protection manner for the traditional buildings and seeks the continuity and creation for the traditional folk houses in the modern society....
