【摘要】照顧服務,其人力資源發展可分為三個面向:(1)組織面:從老吾老以及人之老的傳統觀念,轉化形成「活躍老化」與「生靈安頓」理念;強調標竿學習,以提升組織整體運作,創造競爭優勢;透過與企業異業結盟,整合社會資源。(2)團體面:志工與愛心天使站方案執行情況良好,共同為服務老人努力;透過新人營、標竿營和志工聯誼,使志工彼此認識與瞭解;若有魅力型領導者,將使志工站具有凝聚力,有助組織整體發展。(3)個人面:志工秉持終身服務的精神,願意不斷地犧牲奉獻,創造生命價值;團體的成員擁有良好的溝通管道,使志工產生信任關係,將有助於組織發展。...

【外文摘要】Due to the improvement of medical technology, human lifespan is getting longer. According to the statistics, Taiwan is becoming an aging population society by United Nation s definition. In recent years, the government have paid more attention to the Care for the Elderly and made the plans for taking care of elders. This study is based on case study of the Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) which provide the care service of elders in the Hakka area and analyze their operation of human resource development (HRD), in order to make NPO s projects about the care service of elders more efficient.The research findings, the HRD of NPO s volunteers for the care service of elders in Hakka area can be analyzed by following three aspects: (a) Organization aspect: transform the traditional ideas of taking care of other elders as your own aged parents into the concept of activating aging and calming spirit of life . It emphasizes the benchmark study to promote the entire operation of organizations and to create competitive advantages, and combines the social resources by alliance with different industries. (b) Group/Association aspect: The performance of the volunteers and the compassion angel station programs is good, both of which diligently serve the elders together. By the freshman camps, the benchmark camps and the volunteer clubs, the volunteers may recognize and understand each other. If there are some charming leaders, it will enable more cohesive relationship among the volunteer stations which will be helpful for the integral development of the organizations. (c) Personal/Individual aspect: The volunteers, with the spirit of lifelong service, are willing to offer and sacrifice continuously to create their life value. If there is good communication channel for the members of the organizations, it will cause the volunteers to have the trusting relationship which will be helpful for the organization development....
