The first period has two major claims which are to reconstruct a harmonious environment of languages and public Hakka broadcasting program. The major claim of the second period is to enact native language teaching and let Hakka become one of the official languages in Taiwan. The third period requests to allocate broadcasting channels fairly. The forth period claims to build up the independent status of Hakka, including the setting up of Hakka University and the redefinition of Taiwanese.Hakka Magazine presents the relationship of different races and focuses more on the relationship between Hakka and Hokkien Chinese. It uses some ultimate terms to describe Hokkien Chinese, such as dictator, chauvinism, selfhood, hegemony, etc. While describing New Post-war Immigrants, it usually uses selfhood, universalism, dictator and tyrannyHakka Magazine takes an impartial attitude towards the aboriginal. It classifies the aboriginal and Hakka as the powerless races under oppression of Hokkien Chinese and New Post-war Immigrants....
