字门拳发展的现状与思考

【摘要】自身发展的视点来看,作为129种拳种之一的南派拳系,始终处于一种无人问津,“自生自灭”的态势。这是对字门拳独具特色的技术风格的漠视、更是忽略了其背后承载的客家文化的历史作用。基于此,作为字门拳的习练者和继承人,有必要对字门拳进行研究。首先对字门拳的历史、技术、以及文化进行了详细的阐述和分析。在历史概述中,分析了字门拳的内家拳归属,字门拳拳名的由来,字门拳的拳歌、拳谱,字门拳的代表人物等。在技术研究中,字门拳的“八素”、“内三合、外三合”、拳架和攻防理念与其它众多拳种一样,具备并体现出了中华武术的共性,同时其有别于其它拳种的个性,不单单是其拳名的“别出心裁”,更是体现在“柔、轻、快”,松柔似太极,快速却不逊于通臂。文化归属的研究中,字门拳文化具备了中国传统文化的普遍要素,着重研究字门拳与客家文化的联系。......
