【摘要】至左右了乡村治理的绩效。毋庸置疑，在乡村治理制度变迁中研究农民公私观具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。本文立足于马克思主义哲学、政治学、社会学及历史学等学科视角，在对国内外学术界关于乡村治理、公私观与农民公私观等相关文献及概念的回顾和梳理之后，笔者尝试结合乡村治理制度的历史变迁，系统地展现了农民公私观形成、塑造、发展的历史进程，以及它在各个不同的历史时期的内涵与特征；接着，本文以闽西客家乡村的农民公私观的现状为例进行实证分析，并系统阐述了农民公私观在多大程度上影响了乡村治理的绩效；最后，本文揭示了农民公私观与乡村治理的基本关系是具有一致性，并通过两者的互动，实现乡村治理的“善治”。鉴于此，笔者认为乡村治理“善治”的实现，在思想行为层次上，应着眼于要求农民公私观念“现代性之过渡”；在制度层面上，应着眼于实现乡村治理非制度向......
