南雄市景观特色现状分析与构建

【摘要】景观特色进行研究。首先,在检索大量文献的基础上,总结一般小城镇景观特色属性、景观特色要素构成及景观特色构建方法；然后通过与市民访谈、现场实地调查及问卷调查等方法分析南雄市小城镇景观特色要素构成,南雄市景观特色存在的问题,并深入剖析其原因；最后从宏观层面、中观及微观层面研究景观特色构建策略,以促进南雄市景观特色得到良性发展与彰显。经过研究取得以下成果：(1)南雄市小城镇景观特色的构成要素分为物质形态要素和非物质形态要素,其中最具特色是历史风貌。历史风貌建筑如三影塔与珠玑古巷；地质景观,如红层盆地与苍石寨丹霞地质风貌；历史文化,如客家文化与黄烟文化；独特的风土人情,如姓氏节与采茶戏。(2)市民对南雄景观特色的认知程度比较低,对绿化等城市景观元素表示不满意,对景观的建设表示急切需求以及对历史文化遗产认知度越来越高。政府对南门楼的保护工作越来越重视,并急切打造南雄恐龙地质公园。(3)南雄市景观特色衰微主要体现在街道景观物质环境差,住宅区入口和庭院几乎没有景观,开放空间的数量少及内部景观品质缺失,历史及传统风貌没有得到合理保护。景观特色衰微主要原因是当地经济落后,政府不合理的干预,规划技术缺失,城市规划管理缺少以及公众参与意识差。(4)本文从总体层面对城市形象进行定位,确立适合南雄市发展的“集中块状+带状”的空间布局和“小街廓—密集方格网”的城市形态,并构建南雄未来城市景观生态结构。在中观及微观层面对街道、住宅区及开放空间进行物质环境更新。在此基础上打造特色片区,包括青云西路—青云东路特色改造,南雄恐龙地质公园进行概念规划,南门楼历史街区保护规划,构建水西岛住宅区特色及南雄标志物等。...

【外文摘要】Small towns had played a very important role in history. Reviewing the progress of small towns in our country, there were many achievements, but also there were some problems. The unscientific and unreasonable construction had made some landscape features of small towns declined and made features very difficult located as well. At the moment China being in the transformation period, small towns have be facing some new developing chances and challenges, “how to built a features small town” is a new task for small towns construction. As a very important chance, the Nanxiong urban planning and design would be revised, the landscape characteristic of Nanxiong had been researched. First of all, a lot of literatures had been collected and studied, as a following step some small towns’ landscape features, for instance attributes, features elements, features reconstruction and so on had been summarized. Then, composing element of Nanxiong’s landscape features, problems and causes had been researched by means of interviewing with the local residents, field survey and questionnaire survey. Finally, building strategies for small town landscape features had been suggested at both the macro level and meso & micro level. And the results were showed as following: (1) Composing elements of Nanxiong’s landscape features can be divided into material form element and non-material form element, in which the most unique features were historical style buildings. Historical style buildings, such as the Three Shadows Tower and the Zhuji Lane; geological landscape, for instance the Red Bed Basin and the Cangshizhai Danxia Landform; historical culture, such as the Hakka Culture and the Cured Tobacco Culture; the unique customs, for instance the Surname Festival and the Tea-picking Opera. (2) For normal residents in Nanxiong, the public awareness to local unique landscape features was low; the attitude to landscape elements, such as urban greening expressed dissatisfaction with; the need of landscape construction was very urgent; and their awareness of historical and cultural heritage was getting higher. The local government has paid more and more attention to the protection of the South Gatehouse, and was eager to build the Nanxiong Dinosaur Geological Park. (3) Nanxiong landscape features decline mainly reflected in following aspects: the streetscape of the physical environment was bad; there were almost no landscape the residential entrance and courtyard and there were few open spaces in city; the view of the interior quality was missing; the historical and traditional style buildings did not be well protected. Landscape characteristics decline in Nanxiong mainly was the following causes: local economic was backwardness; the local government had given unreasonable intervention; planning techniques were shortage; both the urban planning and management were poor; and public participation awareness were poor as well. (4) From the overall level, the Nanxiong city's image had been Located, and Nanxiong city planning for the near future had been made as well: the spatial layout of “Massive Spaces + Band” and the urban form of “small street blocks - the dense grid”. In this way, the Nanxiong urban landscape ecological structure would be built in the future. From the meso and micro level, the physical environments, for instance streets, residential areas and open spaces, would be update. Then, the unique landscape characteristics area would be created, including: the Qingyun West Road - Qingyun East Road be transformed, Nanxiong Dinosaur Geological Park concept planning & design be done, the South Gatehouse Historic District conservation planning be made, the Water west Island Residential Area landscape characteristics be planned and Nanxiong markers be set....
