【摘要】礼仪话语的一部分——饮食上,把仪式饮食视为客家村落的一种文化符号和一个整合链条看待。试图通过对客家人生礼仪饮食习俗现状的调查,探析客家人生礼仪主角及其有关的社会成员在人生礼仪过程中饮食象征的意义及其表达方式,围绕人生礼仪宴席展示客家社会群体的互动关系,揭示客家人生礼仪饮食蕴藏的价值观念、审美情趣和社会功能。全文共分四个部分。引言部分,梳理客家、人生礼仪、饮食研究的现状,阐述论文研究的缘起,提出本文的研究思路和研究方法。第一部分交待调查点的自然与社会文化背景;叙述现代客家人生礼仪的状况及其一般程序,分析饮食与人生礼仪的关系;第二部分阐述人生礼仪主角饮食习俗的象征意义,具体分析饮食象征的表达方式;第三部分以人生礼仪宴席食俗的情境和宴席饮食的菜肴、仪礼为切入口,一方面视各种菜肴、礼仪为直视可见的文本,分析其特色;......
