【摘要】行，也直接影响到交通基础设施建设在“拉内需，保增长”等一系列经济政策、措施中作用的发挥，也更是直接关系到和谐社会的构建。因此，全面了解影响征地拆迁的各种因素，想方设法突破征地拆迁中的难题就成为非常重要的一项任务。 而风俗则是某一地区在社会发展过程中长期沿袭下来的各种风尚、习俗的总和。它们是相延久积而形成的喜好、习惯和禁忌等，是特定社会文化区域内历代人们共同遵守的行为模式和行为规范，是过去事物的积淀，渗透在人们生活的方方面面。作为整个区域人们生存背景的社会文化风俗，对生活在这其中的人们产生着重要的影响作用，影响人们的价值观、世界观、人生观、是非观、审美观、善恶观等，使生活在这其中的人们在认识、分析、处理问题有着独特的观念。 对于客家人聚居的惠州地区而言，客家的文化风俗就是他们生活的背景，影响着他们的价值观、世界观、人生观、是非观、审美观、善恶观等，使他们在认识、分析、处理问题有着自己独特的观念。在征地拆迁过程中，这种独特的客家风俗文化无时无刻不存在着，作为一种生活的底色而作用于人们的心理感情。在调查过程中，我们发现风水观念、祖先崇拜观念、自然崇拜观念和客家人的恋土重迁情结是这一地区人们共同的风俗文化，这些风俗影响着他们看待问题的角度，影响着他们处理问题的方式，成为影响惠州市交通建征地拆迁的重要因素。...

【外文摘要】Regarded as a basic and leading industry，transportation takes an important position in the national economy, providing public welfare and services. Land exproriation and housing removal is the basis of the traffic construction, it is a very important part in various projects’ construction , and also crucial to speed up the transportation infrastructure construction. Whether or not the land exproriation and housing removal work can be carried out, whether or not the land exproriation and housing removal work can achieve a harmonious and orderly advancement, directly related to the transport infrastructure projects’ smooth proceeding, it also affects transportation infrastructure constrction’ influence in a series of economic policies and measures about " increase domestic demand, maintain growth " , it also affects the construction of harmonious society. Therefore, having a thorough knowledge of the various factors affecting land exproriation and housing removal and answer them become a very important task. Customs in the region is a long-term process of social development in various inherited habits，customs combined. They are the product formed with a long extension of the preferences, habits and taboos, also are people's behavior patterns and norms in specific social and cultural region, are the accumulation of things past, permeate every aspect of people's lives. As the region's social and cultural background , the customs have significant influence on people's life, they influence people's values, world outlook, outlook on life, right and wrong, aesthetic, and Evil, so that people living here wil have unique concept in understanding, analysis and handling problems. Huizhou as a region inhabited by the Hakka people, the Hakka culture and custom is the background of their lives, affecting their values, world outlook, outlook on life, right and wrong, aesthetic, and Evil, so that they have their own unique concept in understanding, analysis and issue’s processing. In the process of land exproriation and housing removal, this unique Hakka customs and culture exist all the time , as a living background they act on people's psychological feelings. During the investigation, we found that the concept of feng shui, the concept of ancestor worship, nature worship and the loveing for land are the region's customs and culture , these customs affect their business perspective, affect their treatment approach to issues, thus to be important factors affecting land exproriation and housing removal of Huizhou ....
