【摘要】化如何与现代经济潮流结合的问题。它的意义从理论上讲，通过借鉴客家文化与企业文化建设的相关性讨论，我们可以根据客家文化与中华民族传统文化的同构性，从亚文化的角度研究企业文化的本土化建设；从实践的意义上讲，鉴于客家文化是先于中华民族传统文化其他的亚文化开展国际交流的特点，将客家企业的文化建设在这一过程中的心得体会总结提炼出来，帮助更多的中国企业文化建设的国际化。 为此本文分为五大部分展开对二者的关系的论述，1．概括回顾了客家的源流、表现、主要内容，并从历史生成的角度对比了客家文化与传统文化的异同；2．简略地介绍了本文所涉及的企业文化研究的背景；3．从案例分析入手，描述了客家文化在企业文化建设中的体现；4．结合案例分析的结论，从六点：1)客家文化的积极因素有利于企业文化的形成和发展；2)许多优秀的客家企业其企......

【外文摘要】 Hakkanese is a member of Chinese race, with particular spirit of deploitation and contain, firstly have been exchanged world over.
