【摘要】。校外因素主要是指社会环境的制约和教育投资环境的制约；校内因素主要是指学校仍然深受应试教育的影响和学生的现实矛盾。其二：班主任自身素质的原因，主要包括：班主任在培育符合时代要求的学生方面缺失相关的素质、班主任缺乏全面的思想政治教育观、缺乏多元的思想政治教育方法。本文结合赣州市的实际情况，针对班主任在思想政治教育中存在的问题，试着提出了防止赣州市高中学生思想政治教育工作缺失的三个对策构想：(1) 行政部门要实行办学体制改革，避免班主任脑力劳动体力化；(2) 学校要建立和健全班主任管理制度，稳定班主任队伍：具体包括帮训管理制度、竞争管理制度、激励制度、心理疏导机制等四个方面；(3) 班主任要注重理论学习，培育创新精神，切实提高自身的综合素质：具体包括加强理论学习，提高班主任的科学涵养；提高整合教育资源能力，形成对学生思想......

【外文摘要】This article analyses the educational reality basing on common senior high schools students and their tutors around the counties of Ganzhou city.
