【摘要】化的延续及新客家建筑的发展指明方向。文章采用理论结合实际的阐述方式,由理论、分析、实例三方面入手,最终得出结论。其中,理论部分是对理性的沉淀,分析部分是对本质的揭示,实例部分是对感性的升华、结论部分是对规律的总结。全文共分为四个章节:第一章为理论篇,在论述建筑的文化性、地域性和时代性的基础上,提出地域建筑文化创新的观点,为研究客家建筑与当代建筑间的纽带与关联提供有力的理论依据;第二章为分析篇,首先阐述客家建筑文化的文化性、地域性和时代性理论,而后结合对客家民居的理论研读及实地调研,揭示客家建筑本质上的内涵和特点。第三章为实例篇,针对实地调研和资料收集的优秀新客家建筑实例,按其创新方式的不同进行归类和评析,并进行直观的、简要的介绍和说明;第四章为总结篇,是全文的核心论点所在。在总结前文的基础上,全面地阐明客家建筑文化传承的理论体系,系统地归纳新客家建筑创新的设计手法。客属地区是一个古老而独特的文化圈,它正由封闭逐步走向开放。孕育于此的新客家建筑有着深厚的文化背景,它的创作将会在实践中获得发展,并为人们所广泛认知。...

【外文摘要】In the context of contemporary culture, regional and the concept of design, the development motives and theoretical basis of new Hakka architectures are studied by focusing on traditional Hakka architectures and new Hakka architectures. Then try to summarize their creative conception, design ideas, methods and practical results, contributing to the continuation of the traditional Hakka culture and the development of the new Hakka architecture.Described by theoretical with the practical means, the final conclusions are achieved on the basis of theories, analysis and examples. Besides, the part of theory, analysis, examples and conclusions correspond respectively the precipitation of rationality, the nature, the sublimation of emotion and the summary of law. This dissertation will be divided into four Chapters as following:The first chapter is the theories. The culture of regional architectures should be innovated based on Culturality, Regionality, Contemporaneity. They are mighty theoretical basis for the association between Hakka architectures and contemporary architectures.The second chapter is the analysis. On the first set of culture, regional and times of Hakka culture, the essence of Hakka architecture is revealed, combined with the theories of Hakka and field survey.The third chapter is the examples. According to the different innovative ways, the excellent examples of the new Hakka architectures which are surveyed or collected are classified assessed referred and described.The fourth chapter is the summaries, which is the center of this dissertation.
