【摘要】势产业之一。广西茶业要发展，提升广西各产茶区的历史文化知名度是关键，这能大大增加广西茶叶的产品附加值，摆脱广西茶叶质优价低的尴尬局面。 对建国前广西茶业发展这一课题进行研究的学术论著不多，本文认为广西茶业的发展与茶叶生产技术、茶叶利用方法的南传有很大关系，因而本文把建国前的广西茶业与自然条件、军事、政治、生产技术、商品贸易、文学活动、民俗、宗教、移民等方面联系起来，探究建国前广西茶业萌芽和发展的原因及存在的问题，力图为当今广西茶业和茶文化的发展提供一些借鉴。 本文第一章简单的介绍了广西适合茶树生长、传播和种植的自然环境，指出广西发展茶业具有得天独厚的先天优势。第二章介绍、分析、评价了历史时期广西茶业的萌芽与发展。本文把战国至隋朝时期定为广西茶业的萌芽与缓慢发展的时期，战国的楚、统一的秦朝、偏安的南齐、短暂的隋朝都是借由军事行动和政治号令把茶文化普及至广西境内的传播者。本文把唐朝定为广西茶业的兴盛期，在这一时期，饮茶之风在全国范围内已经普及，广西的象州茶被陆羽《茶经》列为全国名茶，广西地方官吏教授当地居民植茶牟利，曹邺在广西北部实践、传播陆羽的煎茶法，唐政府根据广西茶业情况在广西征收一定茶税，这些都说明广西茶业在唐朝时候紧随全国步伐已经兴盛起来了。本文把五代马楚时期定为广西茶业的继续发展期，在这一时期，马楚统治下的广西北部和湖南一样实行重视茶业、休养生息的国策，桂北产的茶叶还参加了马楚对南的茶叶贸易。本文把宋朝定为广西茶业的繁荣期，在两宋时期，宋朝时气候的转冷、宋与北方各少数民族的战争都让广西因祸得福，广西的邕州、横山寨成为西南茶马贸易的主要市场，静江府修仁茶成为茶马互市中广西茶的主要品种。本文把明清时期定为广西茶业多元化发展的鼎盛期，在这一时期，广西茶叶品种繁多，有些茶类还富有地方民族特色，广西名茶的数量增加了不少，广西各地的土茶也大量出产，广西还是粤、湘、赣商帮进行茶叶贸易的主要区域。第二章梳理了广西茶业发展的历程，扼要的概括了历史时期广西茶业发展的原因。本文在第三章中依据笔者对历史时期（主要为明以降）广西茶叶生产演变的观察和思考，大胆提出并分析了历史时期广西茶业存在的一些现象和问题。本文第四章主要是介绍广西所特有的茶文化，在该章中，笔者详细描述了广西境内与茶紧密相连的各大名泉，简要论述了广西境内众多少数民族特有的油茶文化和包括广西客家在内的客家擂茶文化对广西茶业的促进作用。第五章是本文的结论部分，本章较为详细的分析了广西茶业得以发展的原因及对当今的启发。通过各章的论述，不难发现，围绕茶叶，广西各地域、各民族共同编织了广西茶业发展的美丽历史画卷，我们广西后辈应继往开来、不断进取，继续谱写这一画卷的辉煌...

【外文摘要】The natural environment of Guangxi suits a tea tree growth very much.Guangxi is an original tea tree habitat center to constitute part.The tea history from Guangxi is long.Tea culture in Guangxi has special region and race special feature.The early spring green tea of Guangxi, six the fortress tea, red and ground tea and laurel blossom the tea and jasmine flowering tea is hasing a higher good reputation degree at home and abroad.The tea industry is the advantage industry that farmer in Guangxi shakes off poverty and sets out on a road to prosperity, production and trade of tea-leaf are Guangxi new of the economy growth order, tea have already been included in Guangxi government to particularly develop of an advantage industries.Tea industry in Guangxi wants a development, promoting each the history cultural popularity that produce tea area in Guangxi is a key.This can consumedly increase the product affixture of tea-leaf in Guangxi value and get away from tea-leaf quality excellent price in Guangxi low embarrassed situation.
