梅州市客家人群十二年消化系统恶性肿瘤住院患者疾病谱分析

【摘要】院十二年来每一年全院所有住院患者、恶性肿瘤住院患者、消化系统恶性肿瘤住院患者的出院例数、人均住院费用、人均住院天数、病死率等资料；并进一步统计分析籍贯为梅州市、民族为汉族、因原发性消化系统恶性肿瘤第一次住院患者的性别与年龄分布、年出院例数、单病种构成比及顺位变化、死亡构成比及顺位变化、人均住院费用、人均住院天数、病死率等资料。 结果：①十二年来梅州市人民医院总住院患者、恶性肿瘤住院患者、消化系统恶性肿瘤住院患者的年出院例数分别增长了325.77%、128.20%及204.17%,人均住院费用分别增长了248.39%、196.49%及169.20%,人均住院天数则分别下降了36.16%、22.29%及25.21%；总住院患者与消化系统恶性肿瘤住院患者的病死率年平均下降速度分别为1.79%及1.......
【外文摘要】Objective: To analyze the spectrum changes in digestive malignant tumor patients among Hakka people in MeiZhou City in the last 12 years, and provide the basis for predicting the trend of digestive malignant tumor incidence and adjusting the resources to meet patient care needs.
