【摘要】产业已成为我国下一阶段国民经济和社会发展战略的重要组成部分,成为加强文化建设、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。 改革开放三十年,深圳从一个边陲小镇迅速地发展成为一座现代化的大都市,人民生活水平显著提高,自深圳提出“文化立市”的口号以来,无论在政策,还是资金方面,加大了对文化事业及文化产业发展的支持和投入,深圳作为珠三角地区东部发展的中心城市,文化产业势必会对整个地区的发展起着十分重要的作用,前景十分可观。随着深圳市把文化产业作为第四大支柱产业,前所未有的黄金期和战略机遇开始显现。深圳宝安区观澜街道素有“文化之乡”的美誉,文化资源十分丰富:既有历史遗留下的堪称“深圳近代民俗文化第一街”的观澜老街,深圳规模最大、保存最完好的清朝古雕楼群,反映客家民居村落的贵湖塘老围等历史文化资源,也有观澜湖高尔......
