【摘要】化、政治文化一个特殊部分,行政文化影响着行政系统与社会圈之间的动态平衡关系,影响着行政体系的权威性和合法性、行政过程中的输入功能、和社会对行政结果的态度、期望和评价。追求安定团结、社会良性发展是我国和谐社会和现代化建设的本质所在,从这个意义上出发,去了解当今农村社会的行政文化状况,对行政实施、行政现代化建设和社会的和谐发展有着积极的意义。 本文通过借鉴政治文化的研究方法,选取粤赣边区的客家乡村进行了关于客体行政文虎啊的调查研究,试图反映当前时期粤赣边区乡村的行政文化的总体状况,并分析个中的影响和制约因素。文章在结构上分为六章:第一章为绪论,主要介绍论文的写作思路;第二章为有关政治文化研究和行政文化的理论概述;第三章和第四章以粤赣边区两个客家乡村的调研资料为个案,从人们对行政系统的认知、情感、......
