描述：围屋的建筑特征是和客家宗族共同体聚居的社会特征相互依存、相辅相成，互为因果、缺一不可的。This text leave research object on Southern=Jiangxi Hakkases enclose-building, combining Hakkas culture and China building culture, analysis it with historiography, anthropology, geography. Compare it with other building of Southern-Jiangxi, with the enclose-building of Fujian Guangdong and Chinese courtyard house etc. The article has not only analyzed the Hakkas encloses-building of Southern-Jiangxi but also point out the southern Hakkas’ musting encloses history in which the room exists and culture characteristic of Jiangxi further. Thus draw the conclusion: The building\s characteristic and the social characteristic that Hakkas’ clan community live in concentrated communities, complementing each other, Reciprocal causation, None of them can be dispensed with.51
